Textile Prestige Public Company Limited was founded on 7th July 1976, in the name of "Thai Powernet Company Limited", with initial registerd capital of 1 million Baht and 24 employees. The company has mainly manufactured the Powernet fabrics which was used as raw materials for ladies' underwear marketing under the trademark "PEACE". Later on the company had expanded its product lines into embroidery lace, non woven fabric, elastic tape under the brands of "NINIE LACE", "TOPEC" and "WORLD ELEPHANT" respectively. These products had enhanced the company competitive advantage, which brought the company to become the manufacturer of an excompassing range of raw materials for ladies' underwear, sportswear and casual ranging from elastic tape, H&E (HOOK&EYE), torchon lace, circular knit and other accessories under the brands, "ONE FOR ALL", TRIMLACE", "BODY SEAMLESS" and "TENDERLINE".
